Program Information

Lower School CASE

Divided into four groups: Explorers-PreK, kindergarten-grade 1, grades 2-3, and grades 4-5. Our focus in Lower School CASE is on play and its role in learning. It begins with a healthy snack and then rotations of outdoor/ indoor free play, computer/ tech time, and themed activities.

Middle School CASE

Meets in the Middle School Library for grades 6-8. Homework is our #1 priority in Middle School CASE. Once homework has been completed, community and creativity become next on the list! Students are provided with a weekly cart full of materials with themes such as robotics, jewelry/keychain making, canvas painting, board games, and more! This group enjoys time at different outdoor locations on campus. Our middle schoolers receive an afternoon snack and a light early-evening snack.

Registration, Fees & Procedures

You asked and we listened! We are opening up registration for 2023-24 CASE earlier than ever before in an effort to allow additional time for planning and staffing, and to accommodate as many students as needed. Click here to view our 2023-24 CASE brochure.

Students must be pre-registered to attend CASE. Registration is available online only via our Special Programs system powered by CampBrain. For detailed information on fees and procedures, please refer to the brochure linked above.

Waiting Lists: All grade divisions have an enrollment maximum to follow safety protocols and maintain appropriate student-teacher ratios. Once a grade division fills, a waitlist option begins through the online registration system. If waitlists apply, we will do our best to accommodate when we can. You will be notified via email when space becomes available, and your child is able to attend.

Registration opens for the 2023-24 school year on April 12th at 9:00 a.m.

After School Activities (ASA) are also offered during CASE with several different programs available. Each activity runs from 3:30-4:30 p.m., unless otherwise noted, with a new schedule of programs made available each season (fall, winter, spring).
