Alyssa is entering her 12th year as the Director of Special Programs at Columbus Academy, which involves handling the school’s Summer Experience, CASE, ASA, rentals and tutoring in addition to her duties as co-advisor of the GSA. A native of Plain City, Ohio, Alyssa grew up an avid dancer, specifically tap, starting at five-years-old then added ballet, jazz and gymnastics until age 14 when she began cheerleading. Alyssa’s experience allowed for her to then cheer throughout college before she became a member of the Columbus Crew dance team. Away from work at CA, Alyssa enjoys spending time with her son, Wyeth (6), as well as making jewelry, dancing and doing yoga.

Alyssa’s favorite thing about Columbus Academy
