Registration Fees & Policies
All costs regardless of course: $775
Late Fee (if registering after June 19, 2025): $50
Registration includes: instruction at Institute, daily lunch in the campus dining hall, AP College Board course materials, three-ring notebook for lesson plans, 30 OH state clock hours and certificate of attendance.

To register for a Cvent AP summer institute, use your College Board (CB) login. If you do not have one, click here to create your CB educator account.
Payment
Register online using your CB login above and pay with a credit card directly, or print out the invoice and mail it along with your check made out to Columbus Academy. Food & Lodging
Light refreshments will be provided each morning at the check-in area and daily lunch provided in the campus dining hall. Our dining hall provides a wide variety of options including a salad and sandwich bar, hot meal, as well as gluten-free and vegetarian options. There are also many restaurants near campus including these suggestions.
Participants are responsible for securing their own lodging and transportation to campus. There are many hotels 10 to 15 minutes away including these locations.
Directions to Columbus Academy
Columbus Academy is located at 4300 Cherry Bottom Road in Gahanna, Ohio, just outside the I-270 outerbelt on the northeast side of Columbus. Our campus can be accessed at the Cherry Bottom Road entrance via Morse Road or the Beecher Road entrance via US Route 62/East Johnstown Road. Park in the lot next to buildings 10 and 11 and check-in at doors by entrance at building 11, as seen on campus map (linked below).
