Weston Outlaw began serving as Columbus Academy’s chief financial and operations officer on July 1, 2025, following the retirement of Maggie Koerner, who admirably served as the school's chief financial officer since 1993. Weston came to Academy from the University School of Milwaukee, where he was the CFO since June of 2023. Prior to that, Weston was at Cranbrook Schools in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan, where he served as the director of business services as well as the director of special and summer programs. His experience at independent schools also includes stints as the assistant director for financial aid systems for the University of Indianapolis, assistant director of admissions and consultant for Missouri Military Academy, marketing coordinator for Culver Academies in Culver, Indiana, and alumni coordinator for Sacred Heart Schools in Chicago.
