Mike Kemp began serving as the Director of Marketing at Columbus Academy in September 2025. He brings extensive brand leadership experience from the consumer packaged goods industry, most recently as Brand Manager at T. Marzetti Co. He previously held brand management roles at Scotts Miracle-Gro and Stonyfield Organic, where he contributed to product innovation and brand growth. Mike holds a Bachelor of Music from Berklee College of Music and both an M.B.A. and M.S. in Finance from Boston College. Mike and his partner, Erika, have two children at Academy, Kai ’33 and Mika ’40, and the family has a very fluffy Australian Shepherd named Kio.
