Pedro Mena arrived at Columbus Academy in 2016 and is the Director of Hiring and Student Outreach. He founded and co-leads CASA, our Hispanic heritage and Latin student affinity group. Pedro previously taught art for Explorers, PreK and Middle School on campus and served as our Fine Arts Department Chair. He has served as a trustee and on advisory boards for Girls On The Run, Momentum, Columbus Museum of Art, and COSI. Pedro is a member of the Leadership Columbus Signature Program Class of 2022. He has a B.F.A. from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Pedro and his wife Marijo have two children, Dylan and James, who attend Academy.
