Molly Murphy

Molly Murphy is a lead kindergarten teacher and joined the lower school faculty at Columbus Academy in 2018. She has been a team leader for kindergarten since the fall of 2019. Molly earned a B.S. in Spanish and international studies from Capital University. After completing certification from the American Montessori Society, she returned to Capital for additional training in early childhood education and completed her state licensure. Prior to Academy, she taught at the New Albany Montessori School and the St. Joseph Montessori School. Molly and her husband Artie enjoy camping and swimming with their children and can be seen cheering them on at their basketball and lacrosse games.
