Biography

Megan Quinn is a Kindergarten Associate Teacher at Columbus Academy, and has served the community since 2016. She has proudly been a member of the Kindergarten team since 2019. Megan has previously worked in Pre-Kindergarten, CASE, the Summer Experience Program, and was also a substitute teacher on campus. Prior to joining the Lower School faculty, she earned her B.S. from The Ohio State University and most recently, her M.Ed from Wright State University. She went on to publish her master's thesis, while also winning the Betty G. Sturtevant Award from the Association of Literacy Educators and Researchers in 2022. Her favorite things about working at Columbus Academy are meeting new Kindergartners every year, seeing her previous students around campus, the Senior-Kindergarten Buddy Program, and working with amazing families and colleagues. Outside of school, Megan loves spending time with her family, watching sports, traveling, and being creative.
