Gloria McCarthy began serving as a lifeguard for the aquatics and physical education classes at our indoor swimming pool in 2019-20. Known as "Coach Gator," Gloria has coached with our Aquavike boys and girls swimming and diving teams for over 10 years and works with our after-school program C.A.S.E. Away from campus, Gloria is a personal trainer, marathon pacer with team Front Runner training group and a chef specializing in healthy nutrition to fuel the body. She is also a marathon runner and master swimmer. Gloria holds a B.S. in sociology and psychology from The Ohio State University and has two adult children, Ashley and Michael.
