We are excited to invite you to our annual PACA Volunteer Kick-Off, designed to provide you with the tools, resources and information you need to be successful in your volunteer role while also giving you an opportunity to connect and network with fellow volunteers across all school divisions. We’ll begin our morning with breakfast, providing a relaxed opportunity to make connections and get to know this year's volunteer community.
This session is especially important for anyone who may be serving as a PACA volunteer this coming school year, including both new and experienced volunteers (as well as those who may be interested in volunteering but haven't committed to a specific position or committee yet). We plan new content each year based on feedback from our participants, so come prepared for an informative, engaging and fun morning!
Each of us brings a unique and meaningful perspective to PACA, and we look forward to seeing you and laying the groundwork together for the amazing experiences we will create for CA families and students throughout the year.
During the session, you will:
- Gain Insight: Learn about PACA’s mission, vision and goals and understand how your role contributes to the success of our community.
- Build Community: Connect with fellow volunteers, share experiences and build positive relationships that will strengthen our collective efforts.
- Access Resources: Become familiar with the Volunteer Handbook and other support systems and resources available to you.
- Learn the Nuts and Bolts of PACA: Gain insight into the ins and outs of volunteering on campus, planning events and communicating with families.
