Biography

Christopher Swartz began serving as a part-time associate teacher for second grade in the Lower School at Columbus Academy at the start of the 2025-26 school year. He previously was a substitute teacher on campus during the 2024-25 school year. Christopher is a retired teacher with over 30 years of experience in the classroom including time spent as a social studies teacher at Upper Arlington High School and Norton Middle School, as well as a substitute through Educational Service Center of Central Ohio (ESC). He obtained a B.A. in Education from Marietta College and M.A. in Educational Media from Ohio State University.
