2025-26 Bus Transportation Information
Public School Bus Information
There are several public school districts in the Columbus area that provide transportation free of charge for Academy students and those routes are listed below. Each school district handles its transportation services differently, so please contact our admissions office if you don't see your home district listed below. Families need to register with their local school districts in order to receive bus transportation and route information. In addition, please monitor local school district information for school closings when buses may not run.
V.A.T. Contracted Bus Information
Columbus Academy also contracts with V.A.T. to provide bus service for underserved areas in the following local school districts: Olentangy/Powell, Upper Arlington, Victorian Village and West Bexley. There is an additional charge for these buses, and families that want to utilize one of these options should submit completed registration forms to our admissions office.
Please note: It is State of Ohio law that all student bus riders must be in at least kindergarten. Bus stops are also subject to change each school year, so be sure to contact your local school district for the most up-to-date information.

Columbus Academy also contracts with V.A.T., Inc. to provide bus service to and from Columbus Academy for the following areas: Olentangy/Powell, Upper Arlington, Victorian Village and West Bexley. There is an additional fee associated with this transportation that will be added to your FACTS account in the fall. If you would like to sign up for this transportation service, please complete and email the registration form to admissions@columbusacademy.org.
