Athletics Department Announces Pair of New Hires

Director of Athletics Jason Singleton announced two high-profile hirings in his department today: Jacque DeMarco will be our new Assistant Director of Athletics for Middle and Upper School Sports and Columbus Academy’s varsity field hockey head coach, and Brian Stutzman has been promoted to varsity head coach within our girls soccer program.

Adam McHugh Takes Over Ice Hockey Program

Director of Athletics Jason Singleton recently announced that Adam McHugh is the new varsity head coach for Columbus Academy’s ice hockey program, which had been guided by Corey Taber since being founded as a JV squad in 2017.

Golfers Excel at State Tournament

This past weekend was a historic one for our varsity golfers as our girls placed fourth in their first state tournament and the boys claimed their fifth-straight Division II championship.

Playing at NorthStar, our boys overcame a 10-stroke deficit on the first day to win by three strokes for their sixth state title in eight seasons under head coach Craig Yakscoe.
