Biography

Kate Dudenhoeffer joined Columbus Academy as a speech-language pathologist at the start of the 2022-23 school year. She came to Academy after having spent seven years in the same role with Gahanna-Jefferson Public Schools. In addition, Kate has experience working with clients in the private therapy setting, as well as time spent with Columbus Therapy Associates and at the Pioneer Center with the Ross County Board of Developmental Disabilities. She obtained a B.S. in hearing, speech and language sciences from Ohio University and a M.A. in speech-language pathology from Kent State University. Her certifications include an Ohio Licensure from Hearing and Speech board, ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence and Pupil Services provider from the State of Ohio Department of Education.  Kate and her husband have a daughter named Tessa and enjoys cooking, reading and watching sports such as football and golf.
