Danielle Gibbs started her role as counselor in the lower school at Columbus Academy at the beginning of the 2023-24 school year. She came to Academy after 17 years spent at The Wellington School as its early childhood and lower school counselor. Danielle also has experience as a high school counselor at West Potomac High School in Alexandria, Virginia. She obtained a B.A. in psychology from the University of Michigan and M.A. in counselor education from The Ohio State University. Danielle and her husband Brandon have two children, Henry and Vivian.
