Save the Date for Alumni Weekend 2024!
Alumni Weekend is always a great time to visit campus and renew the meaningful connections that make our community special. All alumni are welcome and encouraged to participate in this year's festivities, with a specific emphasis on graduates whose class years end in a 4 or 9. There will also be special activities planned for our Class of 1974 alumni, who will be celebrating their 50th reunion milestone.
Registration details will become available in the early summer. In the meantime, be sure to visit the official Alumni Weekend homepage where you can view recaps of past years, including photo albums.
If your class is celebrating a milestone reunion and you haven't heard from your respective class agents about what is planned, please reach out to Director of Alumni Relations Michael Haddock.

This month's Viking Vantage recognizes Kelly Hondros '06. After graduating from Columbus Academy, Kelly played Division I field hockey at the University of Iowa and later graduated from Ohio State University with a degree in arts and science with a minor in international relations and diplomacy. She eventually received a J.D. from Capital University Law School. As the current vice president at Hondros Family of Companies, Kelly serves as president of the Hondros Family Foundation and also the owner of Verdant Creations, Purpose Leaf and Motive CBD. These are all a collection of family owned and operated businesses with a central office in Westerville. Our swimming and diving program completed a banner season at the OHSAA state meet earlier this month with the girls placing eighth in Division II and our boys third overall including a state title in the 200 free relay and runner-up finish in the 200 medley relay. AquaVike senior William Harpster anchored both of those relays in addition to placing second in the 100 free. Podium finishes for our girls came in the 400 free relay (5th), 200 medley relay (6th) and an 8th-place result in the 200 IM by junior Lillian Bailey, who holds the school record (2:05.83) in that event. And our boys basketball team finished as the Division III district runner-up with a 21-5 overall record. It marked the fourth district finals appearance under head coach Jeff Warstler, who has compiled the most wins by an Academy varsity basketball coach with a 203-94 record over 12 seasons.
