"Justice in June" Community Groups
On June 6, 2020, Dr. Beckett Broh, our Director of Diversity and Community Life, introduced in a letter to our community the opportunity to take part in the "Justice in June" challenge. Weekly groups were formed based on those in the Columbus Academy community who chose to sign up for the virtual meetings, which lasted four weeks and included "learning and action" sessions to help support, better understand and initiate action that will improve opportunities for all.
We are energized by the consciousness and desire to engage from all parts of our community. We must now work to harness that resolve in thoughtful action." -Dr. Beckett Broh
