Ann McCabe begins her first year teaching health and wellness in our middle and upper schools. She joins Columbus Academy after teaching health, physical education and aquatics at Columbus School for Girls Summer Programs. A native of Upper Arlington and graduate of CSG, Ann recently moved back to Ohio after teaching in Austria, Massachusetts, Kenya, North Carolina, and Mongolia. A certified life science teacher, Ann has experience teaching a wide range of science courses over the past six years. She is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.S. in environmental science, the University of Michigan School of Natural Resource and Environment with a M.S. in natural resources, along with a M.A.T. in secondary science education from Boston University. Ann and her husband, Collin, live in Westerville with their children Oona (3) and Emmett (10 months). Away from work, Ann enjoys spending time reading, sharing book recommendations and discussing the topics she is reading, as well as weekends at Indian Lake.
