Families of students who believe their children are eligible for admission to Columbus Academy but who cannot afford to pay full tuition charges may apply for financial assistance. Upon acceptance, Academy awards aid to students based solely on financial need as determined by FAST (Financial Aid for School Tuition). Upon request, financial aid information will be sent to parents of applicants beginning in January. The deadline for applying for financial aid is the first week in February. Parents are notified of financial aid decisions in early March. Families apply for financial aid through FAST by clicking here.
Columbus Academy encourages and welcomes applications from families without regard to race, creed, religion, national origin or sexual preference and does not discriminate in the administration of its educational policies, financial aid program and school-administered extracurricular programs.
While financial aid awards are based on demonstrated need, Columbus Academy also offers merit scholarships to new incoming Upper School students who embody the abilities and values that represent the very best of the Academy community and its mission.
