Diversity at Columbus Academy

Successful diversity efforts rely on the students who form affinity groups within and across identity boundaries, students who challenge injustice when they see it, students who bring their whole selves to critical classroom discussions, and students who exhibit courage to initiate controversial yet necessary change.

SEED (Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity)

Seeking Educational Equity and Diversity (SEED) is a national curriculum development program that focuses on infusing equity and multiculturalism into classroom practice.  Faculty, staff and parent representatives meet regularly to examine issues of equity and diversity and to develop strategies for making the CA curriculum more inclusive.
